The room was nice but a bit outdated. The sports bar was great and the food was good. However, the coffee shop wasn't great. The service was slow and the oven wasn't working.

The hotel is very comfortable, helpful staff, I loved that it has a PJ'S coffe stand inside, and with the restaurants and casino, you can have a good time without leaving the hotel.

The grounds were beautiful and the staff was really nice. Our room was very nice!!! I loved the TV in the bathroom mirror. The food at the sports bar was delicious.

I picked out the room type I wanted online and payed for it in full. I purchased the Royale King suite, for a special occasion. I received a text around 6 pm that stated reservations were only held until 9 PM. I called the hotel and spoke to staff and informed them that I had paid for my room upfront that this was not a reservation. It was already paid for. The girl that answered the phone and spoke with me, said not to worry my room was staying the same. Upon arrival, there were two guys working the desk that gave us a room with two queen size bed instead of one king size room like I had picked. I informed them the room was paid for upfront and then it was not a reservation. They said it didn’t matter. Was very rude and did not seem to care at all about my concerns. Had I not paid for the room upfront I would understand. I have I paid for this room upfront. Feel free to call me 979–5 49–8449 and no I will not recommend anyone to stay there. Not if you’re gonna treat your customers like this.
